We hope to make HIMC’s high-quality, humanely raised, all-natural, local meats available as the successful use of the MSU expands. Outlets will include farmers markets around the island and select stores. HIMC is also working to develop a consumer membership program with benefits such as priority purchasing, choice cuts, and reduced prices.
